1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. For Kerala, delivery may be faster (2–4 business days).

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

6. In-Store Pickup
You may also choose to pick up your order from our stores in Thiruvananthapuram or Kollam at no additional charge.

7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
